Redevelopment Support Experience
- Identification and assistance with acquisition of municipal, state and federal Brownfields tax incentives
- Identification and assistance with acquisition of Brownfields grants and predevelopment loans
- Identification and assistance with acquisition of environmental insurance policies, covenants not to sue and other risk management tools
- Design and implementation of comprehensive environmental assessments
- Completed seven EPA Targeted Brownfields Assessments in compliance with EPA Quality
- Assurance Project Plan guidance and state regulations
- Preparation and implementation of Remedial Action Plans
- Recovery of costs using environmental forensics and insurance archaeology
- Completion of Site Redevelopment Plans for Commercial / Industrial / Recreational / Historical Re-Use
